There's a difference between having a good time and believing cannabis "cures" all cancers. These days pot smokers make evangelists look timid.
Last time Stickyfingerz pasted a wall of links the first one showed all test patients died, first link with full report this time looks promising until you skip to the end:

There's also a ton of research about the positive effects of the likes of Papaya or Pineapple
A google search for site: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov bromelain cancer returns 127 000 results but you don't see people going on and on how pineapple cures everything but the government and big pharma are conspiring to keep it off the shelves. No single compound cures all. period.
