GDP's secret to recruiting is non-stop spamming, sometimes bait n switch ads where the ads are for non-adult modeling, that's what Bubblegum Casting is, then they also just flat out lie to girls - the last one I talked to said they told her the scene she was shooting was just for DVD, no Internet. Girls who shoot for them have no idea GirlsDoPorn.com exists.
They do pay well, 2-3K for a BG scene, 5K for a couple of B/G scenes and a solo.
