The in vitro research concentrates on the cannabinoid tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Pineapple has many "active ingredients" research concentrates on a active ingredient.

Anyway I am not disputing that cannabis has virtues but going from it's a good food source to it's the perfect food and cures all cancer that's quite a stretch.
