Yes that was the first thing I tested also called them to ask if it could be my server
said they use separate servers for their emails. I think its chuck mail and one of those servers are down it?s actually off line now.
Problem is time of year, they have a skeleton crew most who have no idea how to
handle the problem. I just wish they would have said so from the get go instead of having
me jump through hoops to get to the root of it.
Decent company but to do this compromised their credibility with me big time, but I will wait to Monday (like I have a choice) to see what the supervisors have to say.
