So I've heard, but I've been read 2257, countless articles on compliance-related issues, contacted a few third-party Custodian of Records services (for if/when I eventually do start developing content) the past few weeks and from what I understand, any/all adult media in the United States HAS TO publicly disclose and make it easily seen who their Custodian of Records is.

It's just shocking to me to encounter a popular site that doesn't list it. I can understand wanting to avoid press scrutiny, but that is potentially inviting law-enforcement scrutiny.
