Isn't it a little weird to ask AK to adjust his claim to "nuke piracy are pirates" , to "nuke piracy aren't pirates anymore".
Look, you sound like a good dude. If your doing s good thing and losing money God bless you. But if I were you, I would stop voicing these types of threads and statements full stop. Even if you are justified and correct which you might well be.
But in the long term, it makes for bad business and negative attention no matter what. Just keep your head down and do what is right, forget about AK getting his.. If he is truly a shit person believe me he will catch what is coming to him.
Running around shouting this kind of shit, only attracts people to the original claim and that you openly admit there is some truth to it. So it in fact does the opposite of what you intended. By muddying up your name instead of clearing it.
Be professional, keep your head down, and prove yourself in other ways. Get results, shut the guy up in that regard. Talk is cheap.
