From what I know and has been exposed here a few years ago by Glen from Incredible Dollars, most "Arabic" porn was shot in Latin and Central America.
It would be pretty unethical to shoot in Arabic countries .... away from the fact that nobody has the balls to do it.
Why would it be unethical? Basically, a shooter would impose the death sentence on his models and then run away while he is publishing from a safe haven.
