It would be hard. My understanding is that some companies have tried this and it didn't work out. There are a couple reasons off the top of my head that I can think of. First, people rarely watch a full porn video. They jump forward or back to the action, watch the scene that does it for them, get off then shut it off. I have porn videos that are 90 minutes long and I have only ever seen about 10-15 minutes of the video. This means the product placements etc would have to be in the sex scenes and if they are done in a distracting way they will likely annoy people more than anything.
The second reason is that conversions are likely to be very low. I don't know how many people are going cum, then go look up a product and buy it because they saw it in the video. Not to mention, you would likely have to be able to guarantee a lot of views in order to get any kind of decent rates.
I suppose there could be some way to do a version of it, but in the end it would likely be more of a pain in the ass than it was worth.
