That's basically downtown. These fucking clowns (I'm black myself) don't know how to fucking act, and they take their behavior into affluent areas they're able to access via CTA. This is why blacks have such a negative repuation, and black guys have to "act and dress white" to pull, non black/ghetto chicks and get good jobs
