For starters... check these...

jauntvr.com/content
360heros.com
panocam3d.com/video3d360.html
kolor.com/360-video/kolor-eyes-android-free-360-video-player.html

You might also do a search for google maps for vr cardboard (android app). They have placed street-view set-up for vr but I don't think it is in 3d, just panospheric.

That will keep you busy for a week.

I also post a few interesting things to vrgoggle.com
Nothing special, but worth checking twice a month.
No frills web just to track the traffic better than parking. Didn't want to use a wordpress engine as my host can't keep the db server up to speed. Sucks as I have lost page rank on many sites.

(i think)The Gear VR has a better display than the DK2. It is probably in line with the crystal cove proto. Problem with a cell phone is no GPU power. Won't hurt video playback though. Just games.
I am sure you can see that changing in the near future because of the capability and demand.

I think the Consumer Rift will sport the same display as the Galaxy s6 w/700ppi 4k diamond pixel. That's a eduguess.

Additional content will be coming. Many folks are in wait to see mode before investing. Others are in progress. This is not going to fade away but right after the Consumer Rift is out there, you will start to see a bunch of stuff.

I would encourage you if you have the slightest want-to, to create some cool content with a pair of gopro heros and a 3d kit.

There will be money to be made by those that can supplying those early adopters looking for decent content.

This gear Vr for the note4 is really just a proto to start developers for mobile vr apps.
Expect to see something better when they make it for the galaxy s6 (next).
