I had a Nissan Murano too back in 2005 and loved it too, but never had any problems with it. I sold it about 3 years later.

That car was so smooth and so amazing in the snow - wow. It was one of my favourite cars to drive. I didn't know I would like SUV's so much but when we decided we needed one, we looked at maybe 5 other SUV's before going for the Murano. Loved it.

My only complaint about it was that it used a lot of gas. It was only a V6 but used almost as much as my V8 Firebird that I had at the time too. Probably because SUV's are bigger and have to work harder to push all that extra air out of the way on the highway, who knows.

Anyway, yes - if you're looking for a second hand suv, my vote is for a Murano.
