Its been huge news everywhere at first the fsc declined comment then they said its the thing from back in Oct but the guy wasnt a PASS participant
but at the time they said pass caught him in time blah blah...
To the mainstream press and the casual reader this looks like 2 more HIVs in porn when it may not be, or it may be.
Im inclined to believe that this is the OCT incidence but that everything isnt as hunky dory as The FSC would have us believe.
Regardless I think that warning by OSHA is a very clear shot across the bow that they intend to start enforcing this....
