Accidentially
A friend of mine died after her husband beat the fuck out of her face. Broken jaw, black eyes. Then used a single action .22 to shoot her three times. In fear for her life and her son, she made a dying declaration that it was "an accident" on the way to the hospital.
Bastard skated on the charges.
