The concept that this woman, who I'd fallen in love with, sought value and validation to herself through the opinion of some fat, greasy 40-something bouncer that's instructed by his boss to let the most slutty girls go in first, was, quite franky, disgusting.
She'd always watch those dumb reality TV shows, talking about how she loved the idea of being really rich and stylish. Come Monday at 6 p.m.? She'd be on her ass watching the dull-as-ditch-water shows, snapchatting random facial expressions to her friends, giving me a regular rundown of how many 'likes' her latest Instagram picture got.
She ended up taking time off work, selling shares her grandparents had left her to fund one of her friend's 30th Birthday celebration holidays.
Nothing turns me off a woman more than fiscal irresponsibility, value determined by social media outreach and an addiction to spineless socialites.

Couldn't have said it better myself.
