I almost hit a kid with my car last week because the kid was running ahead of the mom while she was too busy on here phone. I blasted the horn and hit the brakes, and the mom just stared right at me. So i got out the car and gave her my thoughts. Not that she would even give a shit probably. She most likely just went back and checked Facebook again when i drove off...
