Out of my last $120 bill about $49 was to distribution and transmission.
So we can figure that 40% roughly goes to actually fucking with it.
So if I am going to give them $50 a month in energy they can charge me $20 for the privilege and pay me $30.
But here is the thing. Do they also do that to their own suppliers? As in are they charging the closest Dam that sold them $100,000,000 in electricity last year $40,000,000 for the privilege? I think not!
So if they don't want my energy, fuck em. Put solar on all houses and privatize the transmission and distribution.
