Yes, of course. So I don't see any difference for European countries or the USA (Asian and Arabian countries is different story).

No, that's not a rape. That's a sexual harassment. From the comments to that graph, I see that US stats include actual rapes only (not the attempts).
P.S. Just tried to recall the rape cases I heard within my life and I remembered only two. One as in the middle of 80's when one 15 year old guy from my school has raped a 30 year old woman (he was sent to a prison for minors). Another was in 90's (the rapist was from from Caucasus). So I mean, it's a very rare crime here. There are no problems with sex in my country. Why rape if you can have it as much as you want by mutual agreement?
