Yep. But it's not like they grow real fast like a balloon blowing up. They grow very slowly. And skin tissue grows along with it (just like when you were growing up).
They even make "expander" implants of saline for women who have lost their breasts due to cancer surgery. They will put a small implant in real tight and wait a couple of months for the skin to grow. Then they put in a bigger implant and wait for the skin to grow again.
They repeat that until the woman grows enough skin to place the final implant.
Skin tissue will grow when your body tells it too. Just like when people get obese...their skin grows to keep up with them.
So no...her boobs won't explode. lol
A lot of the mega-boob stars had that done before the govt. made it illegal.
Minka has that type as well as a few others.
It's actually just body fluid that is filling their boobs (caused by the slight irritation of the propylene string inside the breast).
