Donny wants you to know they are just idle threats and scare tactics of an over-zealous DA to persecute an innocent, God fearing man diligently following the path of the righteous.
From Donny: On December 10th my Public Defender was going to ask the judge to reduce my bail. In response, Deputy D.A. Chopra stated that in the coming week she would be adding a "second victim" to my charges. Her threat worked. My Public Defender decided not to ask for bail reduction until the new charges were added. Those charges were "NOT" added. It was a tactic used by the Deputy D.A. to keep me in jail. Now I have a private attorney. This attorney asked the judge yesterday, to hear his plea for bail reduction tomorrow. The Deputy D.A. argued against this hearing, but lost. So now she is threatening to add two more victims. Again, this is a tactic on her part to try influencing the judge not to reduce my bail. I can't earn money to pay for my defense from behind bars. Please pray that my attorney is successful in arguing for bail reduction. The hearing is tomorrow at 9am.
