The issue with paysites is that the "pie" is only so big. Once you start slicing it up the ROI gets worse and worse. So if you are selling paysites for the 50% affiliate cut, depending on the site, that's around $12-$15. So what do the girls doing the actual selling get? $5 per sale maybe? That would leave you $10 "profit" (not counting any costs, tho probably minimal there) and not counting rebills.

So you would have to decide how much volume you would need to be happy with your ROI.

The way phone selling via paysites is normally done (and this is rare but it does happen) is that the model of the paysite offers phone access as part of the membership (call me on my private # etc). I don't know of any trying to sell actual Memberships to their own sites via phone sales but perhaps some do and promote that via Twitter, etc.
