To be honest I don't get the idea - I'm not from the USA, but I've read several articles and that scheme with which race is eating more chicken until I figure out what you have in mind.
I think it's crazy to see a racism with eating chicken, pork, beef or fish - the fuck is going on here !???!? Black people eat chicken, white people eat chicken, asian people eat chicken - godzilla eats all the people - who wins ???

It's not racist - in my opinion it's stupid - The same manner you can put George Washington - but that wont be a racist.
