This reminds me of a story I ran across on the web about 17 years ago. On the old Yahoo boards I think.

A guy's eldest daughter is away at college. He and his wife become separated, and he later goes online under a different name and starts 'looking', possibly on a dating site. He gets chatting with a girl, and (this was before people so readily sent pictures of themselves) after many weeks of becoming close via emails they decide to meet up at a ski lodge during winter break. He gets there first, and later that night she arrives, and without so much as turning on a light she crawls into bed and they have sex. Several times in fact.

In the morning they wake up, get their first look at one another, and the first thing out of her mouth is... "Dad??!!!"


I have no idea whether it was a work of fiction or an accounting of an actual event. But it was quite freaky nonetheless.
