I wanted to report fraud and I felt that they are very reluctant to handle it. First cop tell that I should tell cops in Hollywood. The hollywood cops tell me that I should tell cops in Ft Lauderdale. When I told them about it, they told me that I should call cops in my own country, which is useless given that the criminals are in US.

I wanted to know why.
