i don't really understand your answer, you can be corrupted without being linked to the mossad and you can be a corrupted president and rule for the good of your country... you are just more like a ...king than a president.
Also, you don't know how is used the money stolen by corruption.
In france, politics use often the money to pay political campaigns, not to have a bigger car... It doens't means that it is acceptable or legal, it is just underground.
