Thats bullshit. Guy has no criminal record. Unless they have evidence of him committing crimes they shouldn't be able to touch him in a civilized world.
Reminds me of a local incident...a member of the Hell's Angels was refused a renewal of his liquor license at his strip bar because of his "gang" relations. That is understandable, but throwing someone in prison for 25 years for no reason sure isn't.
If i put on a t-shirt that says "member of the crips" and then start throwing gang hand signs on facebook and talking about local murders i read on yahoo news could i get 25 years as well?
