I don't understand why these people don't just give their kids up.
I have a friend who just fostered 2 children. Once of them is covered in permenant bruises on her legs from beatings with a shoe and the other has belt marks around her stomach from the mom beater her with the belt. These girls are 3 and 4 years old. I hope the mom rots in jail.
