Here are some pics from yesterday... I resized these WAY down from the originals (5472x3648) because there are so many of them. I took about 200 pics total, but here are a few, with my captions...

For the first part of the day, I was about 300 feet from the start line. Most of the cars were spinning their tires even as they passed my spot. It was on a private runway, so it didn't have the grip that a typical race track would have. The AWD cars fared much better on launch than the others.

Some cars making their runs, and coming back much slower on the return road...

Dodge Challenger Hellcat. I think it managed 150 mph, but spun it's wheels for a lot of it...

This Eagle Talon did 205 mph, but had to be pushed back...
