I can't get the url posted here so it shows up right.
If someone can figure out how to get the ch= number, the rest would be real easy to work with. You could even use open proxy servers to cover your tracks and make it look like it's coming from serveral different people.

The CH is the key behind the google toolbar, and pagerank.
ch changes daily, google uses a very strong algorithm to make sure that people cannot grab pageranks without using the toolbar, but i found a way around it
