I am legitimately wondering. How would they handle that? I'd think you have to ban the model for good to cover your own ass.

We are a Dutch Corporation with offices in Rotterdam, Marseilles, and Bucharest so that is immaterial. INTERPOL and Dutch Law would apply.
From the appearance of that screenshot both the woman and the child were fully dressed and nothing sexual was going on. I believe in using some common sense and not to overreact hysterically. If the camgirl was part nude and flashing a child she should be banned as that is a serious criminal act.
Broadcasting from a public place is misdemeanor trespass so it is a local ordinance misdemeanor crime like spitting in the street or taking a piss in an alley -- and I am sure no one here has ever done that ...
I have no knowledge of that child in the library being more that just a passerby observer to an inconsiderate public exhibition, one in violation of that library's rules I am certain of. One of the problems that I have seen on some of the freemium token based camsites is just this but on rare occasions I would add.
For the record, our company policy would require that model to be disciplined somehow -- I don't make those decisions that is the responsibility of others. I don't set model policy and rarely advise modifying or appending it. It's an endless task these days. So, there is my CYA.
She seems little more that guilty of being stupid. Hence, my initial reaction of a 48 hr suspension on a first offense -- It's not a hanging offense ...
