look, you run an affiliate program and it's not doing so well... what do you do? raise your cut to 60%? long term will realistically anything good come out of that move? or perhaps do the opposite run a 60% promotion for affiliates, which will hopefully attract more business for your program?
No one "raised" anything.. He cut taxes to the point the state couldn't pay their bills. How is it you come up with this "raised" their part non sense? Scott Walker cut taxes but the expenses stayed the same therefore less revenue meant they could no longer pay the bills.
