The REALITY of the budget in Wisconsin is that it was deeply in debt every year (under your beloved Democrats).
And by cutting the taxes that deficit budget became a surplus.
You know, businesses were able to hire more people, broader tax base, more revenue, etc., etc.
And I SHOWED you how you LIED. The budget has been in the black the last few years after a long time of deficits every year.
Why don't you address THAT?
Why did the Dems roll up all that debt? Their high taxes didn't help one bit.
Just like it didn't help in Detroit or Chicago.
