Problem is, if you have nothing to start with (content, domains, hosting, etc etc) then it's going to cost you more than $600 to setup your new business infrastructure. Sure you could take some money and just buy ads, sending the hits to offers, etc, but again we're talking money (and lots of it under that scenario).
Basically, you gotta start somewhere and you gotta spend money to make money. I myself began with literally $0 BUT I did ALL the work myself, including shooting my own content.
So if you're willing to do all that is needed to actually make money in Adult then it will take you more money and time than I think you are willing to spend. Good luck!!
