The last link on the budget was posted on Jan 23rd.. That's less than 10 days ago.. There is no surprise billion dollars that you are creaming your pants over.. He claimed at the start of the year there would be a surplus but it didn't happen.. He was "WRONG".
The links you posted were from January 2014 This is January 2015 His billion dollar excess "DID NOT" happen.. They collected much "LESS" than he projected after his tax cuts..
