In all seriousness, this is an economic issue, not a gun issue.

A couple with two kids and another on the way are all living in a motel room. Go figure that they didn't have a gun safe.
Fix our economy. Make it so it is more rewarding to work for a living than to be on welfare. Give people like this more opportunity.
If none of that works, then maybe whine about how awesome unconstitutional gun control would be.
