They're all a bit on the young side for me but if I had to place them in order I'd have to say Katy Perry is the most woman of the four. It's not even close really. She's 31, has the face of an angel and the body of a playboy centerfold.
I'd feel like a pedo messing with any of the others, but for the sake of ordering them for the pervs...

Swift being so skinny I'd put her 3rd.
Cyrus 4th. She could just as well be 14th, or 140th though. She's skuzzbagged herself up way too much for my taste. I prefer classy in public and dirty in private, not the t'other way round.
