It's not different than any other type of Genocide. Same type of things happened all over Africa and who knows are probably still happening, no one lifted a finger to stop it there and only reason any one is lifting a finger now is the money which is left on the table in the middle east.
When it's over the bulk of the fuckers whom took part in this shit will just blend right back into the masses and a couple of high profile types will get killed or punished. The rest will go free of any punishment for their crimes.
You will later see random payback killings for the next 10 years or so but the bulk will live among those whom they were killing and torturing.
