Romneycare is doing fine. Insurance companies are now capped at 20% of profits on premiums and have less incentive to deny your surgery so that your premium can go into shareholders pockets. Many people are getting premium refunds each year.
Nothing has changed in the military except it's not being deployed as often because technology (drones) is able to do a lot of the dirty work.
Fox News asks a lot of the same questions as you. Let's not forget that the largest shareholder is not American (Murdoch is Australian and spends much of his time in the UK) and the second largest shareholder until recently was a Saudi prince. You're being duped into anti-American views and do not even realize it.
Obama is far from perfect, but he is also nowhere near as bad as many people incorrectly believe because a talking head told them so.
You don't even realize it, but you summed up the real problem people have with Obama yourself: "or how much less prejudice everyone has become since his presidency." The already racists have just become more vocal in their racism. Racism is taught and ingrained in us as at early age. You do not become racist and not-racist based on who is sitting in the oval office.
I'm not sure how people like you are even capable of dressing themselves in the morning.
