They haven't passed anything that will get past the president's desk.. they have accomplished nothing.. What is it about this which you do not understand?
You can try and talk in circles, but the end of the day, if they can't show leadership skills which equate into bills turning into law, they have done nothing.
So far they haven't passed a bill with veto proof majority..
They haven't passed a bill which the president will sign..
