I outsource all the technical stuff. So could I just go here http://resellerclub.host/bluehost

and set it up and brand it so it looks like my own hosting company? I handle all the billing, and I also have control over the customer data etc?

They just handle the support?

Does that also mean it would be easy to move those customers to a different host in the future if needed and it wouldn't affect the customers?

I haven't used it in many years but I'd imagine it's a lot more advanced than it was back when (10 or so years ago) and yes you are pretty much your own host and domain reseller. It will work with anything cpanel for sure and others? Plugs into a number of registrars as well. But you handle support to your clients and they support you. When I referred the link to ya I didn't realize reseller club had the whole shebang there for ya. I'd imagine a number of others do the same. If you decide to go with resellerclub let me know I have a top tier account with them I can set you up under at my pricing or I may even give up the account since I no longer use it and see no future need. That is if I can remember the admin user and pass..lol
