We've launched over 15 new tube sites a few months ago, in 5 different languages:

English
Spanish
Portuguese
Italian
German

I would like to know where we should buy traffic for our sites, we need to target specific countries for each one of them (3-4 sites on each language).

We would also like to promote our sites on social networks, someone with a big-ass account on twitter, tumblr, reddit etc.
