Clarify - the designer would need to "repaint" it in psd and then convert? I mean it is more work than converting from PSD? Or the design is so simple that there is no need to "repaint"?

Contact me if you have the exact design to show, and I would say as low as $75 at my chop shop

Of course I have no idea how complex it is.
