oh yes. 100 % of Russian population are exporters (exporting chaos, craziness and ideas ;-) ) and for sure they feel better now if they can exchange their usd and euros to weak rubles and buy a lot of of cheap locally produced meat, cheese, fruits and vegetables.
and also medicines, clothes and cosmetics
