Anyone with a bicycle can ride to a bus stop. If he chose to walk to work and home... good for him. a nice, interesting, healthy choice. But it is a choice.... not a sentence imposed upon him by society, which demands remedy. If he wants a car.. great, I'd give a guy money to buy a car just knowing he put in that much exercise because that in itself is quite impressive.
