- First question would be if your raw hits and page loads are being recorded and shown in that new sponsor's stats: that means the codes are tracking in the new stats.
- If you are sending traffic and your stats are -0-0-0-0-0- ... then it's a problem.
- If you don't know from your end that you are sending traffic (and traffic that you can account for) ... then it's a problem. You need a way of scripting links and counting clicks on your end.
I have no idea of the specifics.
Why the URL is trimmed and how, what is done with the referrer's string?
Is it captured and used in the scripts and how?
If you are an affiliate that hard coded his links then you may have a lot of work to do ...
