Tetanus is a disease of poor wound hygiene, those at risk of Tetanus would typically be newborn babies in the Third World who have their cord cut with rusty scissors, in the First World it would be a risk to someone with 80% burns. It's not a realistic risk to the average person who cleans their wounds well and is in good health. Even so, if you did go down with Tetanus just take some antibiotics, all is well and good.
The first problem with the Tetanus vaccine is that it's also known as the Crib Death vaccine, secondly Tetanus antibodies often end up attacking cells in the body which look similar to Tetanus (molecular mimicry), this means autoimmune disease. For anyone questioning vaccines it's the first vaccine to strike off the list, it has the most about of compensation paid out for damages, studies have shown that it decreases life expectancy compared to those who don't receive the vaccine.
