hit the gym and lift some weights, that will increase your testosterone, and so should help with your ED (especially if you do it long term) (start off with only compound exercises) ...
you might also have some luck with the nitric oxide (NO) booster pre-workout supplements, they cause vasodilation, increasing blood flow to your cock... (look for ones containing l-arginine)
but really, best bet is to talk to your doctor...
