That's our miserable fate of living in 2nd and 3rd world countries. We can't afford police outrage and brutality like in the USA

The USA is a very racist place. And to be fair, it's racist from both sides. Try walking as a white in Harlem or some parts of the Bronx or Detroit for example. I haven't did that but heard a lot of terrible stories from others. My city is much bigger than NYC and it's a home for 100's of nations, but we have no "black", "white", "yellow", "green", "blue" and whatever districts. Course we have racists too, but they are marginals. The 282 article of criminal code is very popular here. So if I insult someone by a skin color or national origin even in the internet board, I can easily get
a prison time for that.
