What an interesting service you're offering. I love it. You may be able to get your own merchant account if you remove the term sex from the website and just call it an erotic resort. Erotic vacation etc.

I have been with Verotel for more than a decade, and no complaints. Payments always on time or early. Support slow at times, but I can assure you that no processor is perfect. Jason over there is fair and works with you on any need.
If you want your own merchant account, talk to Jim @ Meritcard.com. Very easy to work with.
When it comes to offshore, or other 3rd party or merchant needs, I have a few more recommendations if needed.Comment

I see you have $2k, $10k even $20k or $50k packages (multi year membership)... is not like $30's as most adult sites... you're more like cam sites.... now if you process thousands of dollars per transaction, I would suggest own merchant! Since that's around 5% fee and pays weekly no delay/hold, rather than ccbill/epoch etc. which is at 10%+ fee and pays with 1+ weeks delay (holds etc.).
Netbilling is ok and often a choice for US businesses. You may consider Virtual Access Internet - Billing and Hosting services that requires you to setup a dutch company and bank account (may cost a monthly fee) but as a plus, there's no "pimping" crime in holland, what you do is legal there, just in case the bank questions what you do, you can just tell it - we use it for cams with no issue, you can then wire the $$ out of NL bank invoicinh the NL company from elsewhere as you wish. In any case, if you have some experience and the ability to use your own merchant, it is better to use the merchant.
The most famous Billings live in 2000 and want to get up to 18% for their services + some extra fees! If some Billing have low percentage - they have monthly fees, etc.
However, they immediately want the company's turnover was about $10-$15k monthly only for them! But for good card conversion you need use cascade of billings, that divides the total turnover in several parts.
Every year, new laws and whims of payment systems: payment for the use of MasterCard, raising penalties of chargeback's VISA, EU VAT's etc.
Try use own merchant + some billing and compare!Comment

CCBill is great not only becuase they are solid as rock but also, is a big plus for many affiliates. My vote is for CCBill.
If you can setup your program with NATS, add at least 3 more billers.
