And yes, of course these are not exactly same cases, but even in Russia (as you say yourself) rape crime tends to be from the darker types.
Fact is that in EVERY country darker faces are more prone to being a rapist. That is a FACT.

If you do not like Belgium as a country with fresh immigrants, and you do not agree with the graph I posted you can take any other country, for example Brasil. Darker faces are more often committing rapes than lighter there as well.

So denying the fact would be delusional.
