Most of the sites saying "this may be hacked" are not actually hacked. There is some issue with google right now. Up in google webmaster forums are all sorts of threads about it. Lots of guessing and nothing concrete.

https://productforums.google.com/for...--hacked-sites

My site is one of the sites affected and it is completely clean. I spent 10 hours or so the other day going through everything I could figure, had my host scan it every which way they could.

Nothing to warrant a hacked warning, no spam, no phishing, nada.

In all the google refs they state that if your site shows that warning in the results to go into webmaster tools and it will tell you what the issue is.

Nothing in webmaster tools, no new messages, no security issues, nothing.

I found something screwy with a 404 that was not handled properly, didn't do anything nasty just threw gbot into a tizzy. I fixed that and the warning went away for about a day but today it is back.

Again checked everything, nothing alarming there.

So, lots of people are experiencing it and it seems to be bullshit for the most part from what I can tell.
